Increased number of shares and votes in Addnode Group


STOCKHOLM, 30 September 2013

As announced earlier Addnode Group (publ) has acquired Joint Collaboration AS, a
leading supplier of SaaS (Software as a Service) rental solutions for primarily
the Oil and Gas as well as the Construction industry. In connection therewith,
new Series B shares were issued in Addnode Group as a part of the payment of the
purchase price.
Through the issue, registered 3 September 2013, the number of Series B shares,
rose with 1,171,777 shares and by an equal number of votes. The total number of
Series B shares thus amounted to 28,361,046 after the new issue. Following the
increase, the total amount of shares and votes in Addnode Group amounted to
30,088,517 shares and 39,567,740 votes respectively.
