Brussels, 9 October 2013 - Mobistar reconfirms its position as number 2 mobile operator on the Belgian telecommunications market, as shown by the most recent drive test conducted by the independent research agency Commsquare in all large cities as well as an increased indoor coverage across the country (84 % in 3G and 68 % in 3G+). Mobistar has also increased the download speed for all mobile data users so that they enjoy the 3G+ speed (up to 42 Mbps). In addition, Mobistar is still the sole Belgian operator to have the HD-Voice technology and will be making an expanded 4G test network available before the end of 2013.
