Liberty Prime Steakhouse will be located at 111 Montgomery Street, in the heart of Jersey City, within walking distance from the Grove Street & Exchange Place PATH station and minutes from Hoboken and New York City.
Like every great steakhouse, Liberty Prime makes quality meat its priority, but unlike every other steakhouse, they also pride themselves on their female friendly focus. Liberty Prime creates a menu and atmosphere that is female friendly, without losing the traditional steakhouse experience. Owner George Makrogiannis explains, "We want to cater to women with specialized menu items, and anyone else who enjoys a good steak. We cater to steak-loving women in the same way we cater to steak-loving men, everyone gets the options they expect." Liberty Prime's menu will be themed "Rare Fashion," featuring dishes, like the "Tropical Mini Skirt Steak" and "Rare Style", a 16oz Filet Mignon with a 4oz Lobster Tail, to name just a few. Dozens of dishes have been created with the modern woman in mind, all perfectly sized portions. There will also be more traditional, larger cuts of meat available for larger appetites. If you are just looking for a light snack and drinks, be sure to visit Prime Time, Liberty Prime's Bar just next door. Prime Time will have a similar focus, offering a full bar with signature cocktails, like the "ManHottan," and a Light Bite bar menu.
"The belief is that steak and steakhouses can be fashionable in the same way that other foods and restaurants can," George explains. This sense of fashion is reflected through the décor as well as the menu.
