BCLiving.ca Is Now a Print Magazine and iPad App in English and Chinese

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 16, 2013) - Canada Wide Media is excited to announce that its auspicious lifestyle brand, BCLiving, is breaking traditional publishing boundaries by expanding from digital to print and iPad in both English and Chinese this November.

Since its 2009 digital inception, BCLiving has grown to become one of Western Canada's most popular online magazines - serving over 500,000 monthly page views and a growing line up of savvy advertisers. "We simply can't ignore the demand for more holistic lifestyle media in the English and Chinese Lower Mainland communities," says Tom Gierasimczuk, VP of Editorial for Canada Wide Media. BCLiving will address all the verticals of an all-encompassing city brand, like shopping, fashion and well-being, "in a convenient, daily, cross-platform way," he explained.

Building off the success of BCLiving.ca and driven by a daily newsroom model similar to that of its sister publication, BCBusiness, the first English version of BCLiving magazine will premiere in November followed by the first Chinese edition in December.

The launch of the print and iPad editions also marks a new and improved experience on BCLiving.ca - offering sophisticated, savvy readers more content, greater convenience and device friendly navigation. Starting November 2013, BCLiving.ca will unveil a new responsive website that includes additional content from the print magazine, original videos and expanded photo galleries.
