MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Oct 16, 2013) - Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) today announced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates ("K Certificates") backed exclusively by LIBOR-based, floating rate multifamily mortgage loans with seven-year terms and properties owned by GSG Residential Portfolio LP. The company expects to issue approximately $959 million in K Certificates ("K-GRP Certificates"), which are expected to price on or about October 18, 2013, and settle on or about October 25, 2013. 

This is Freddie Mac's sixteenth K Certificate offering this year, and its first one combining floating rate mortgages from a single sponsor. In the past, Freddie Mac has settled three securities offerings with collateral from a single sponsor and a separate transaction with only floating rate mortgages. 

The K-GRP Certificates are backed by 27 recently-originated multifamily mortgages and are guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The K-GRP Certificates will be offered to the market by a syndicate of dealers led by J. P. Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as co-lead managers and joint bookrunners. Barclays Capital Inc., Guggenheim Securities, LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC will serve as co-managers. The K-GRP Certificates are not rated.
