Order for a research & development system in China
Bezons, October 21st, 2013 5:45 pm - RIBER, the global leader in molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), is announcing the sale of a 4" wafer capacity R&D MBE system to a leading material research institute in China.
This laboratory is a long-standing customer of RIBER and this repeat order consolidates an already mutually successful relationship.
The new system will enable the laboratory to increase its fundamental research capabilities on cutting edge epitaxial layer / substrate combinations.
This order strengthens RIBER's key position in the Chinese market which is one of the fastest-growing regions in the global semi-conductor industry.
