On October 22, 2013, VMAX Familienstiftung, Neutraubling, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Krones AG, Neutraubling, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the Voting Rights
on October 22, 2013 and on that day amounted to 51.85% (this corresponds to
16381882 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 39.72% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 12549465 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
from Harald Kronseder, Nora Kronseder, Leopold Kronseder, Harald Kronseder
Holding GmbH, Beteiligungsgesellschaft Kronseder mbH.
