a.i.s. AG has been informed yesterday by Mr. Gernut Bonack, living in
Portugal, about the the following notification pursuant to § 21 para 1
WpHG:

On 02.07. 2013, my voting rights exceeded the threshold of 3% to this day
at the amounted of 3.13% (250,531 voting rights).

Further, in accordance with § 21 para 1 WpHG my voting rights in a.i.s. AG
exceeded the threshold of 5% on 16.10.2013 on the amount of 5.05% of
(403,600 voting rights).
