Liepaja, 2013-10-24 16:39 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Joint Stock Company “Liepajas Metalurgs” informs that it received a cancellation letter from “PricewaterhouseCoopers” Ltd. regarding the previously presented cooperation offer related to 2013 annual report of Joint Stock Company “Liepajas Metalurgs” and revision of 2013 consolidated report.
The information about this fact is also presented to the administrator H. Velmers.
The company’s board is planning to review this question till 25.10.2013 and to approve candidature of another auditor to be presented for approval at the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on 30.10.2013.
