Purchase of own securities and total voting rights
Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc announces that on 25 October 2013 the Company purchased for cancellation 38,185 Ordinary shares at a price of 82.0p per share.
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 21,984,731 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
