NO OTHER OFFERS RECEIVED FOR GEOSOLUTIONS HOLDINGS N.V. SHARES
As announced on October 14, 2013 GeoSentric has received an offer from its key creditors for the Company’s approximately 24% holding in its former Dutch subsidiary GeoSolutions Holdings N.V. (“GHNV”) and called any other offers to be delivered on October 27, 2013 at the latest so that they can be published and handled in the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on November 7, 2013. The Company did not receive any other offers by the aforesaid deadline and accordingly the Board of Directors proposes the Extraordinary General Meeting to approve the only offer received from the Company’s key creditors.
