Ixonos has, based on a decision of the Board of Directors on 24.10.2013, cancelled the four Ixonos shares received as a donation. The cancellation has been registered into the trade register on 28.10.2013. After the change Ixonos’ share capital consists of 35 239 125 shares and votes.
