DELISTING ON OCTOBER 28, 2013 AND DELIVERY OF ANNOUNCEMENTS RELATING TO EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING AFTER DELISTING
As announced on September 26, 2013 the Listing Committee of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd has on 26 September 2013 decided to delist the share GeoSentric Oyj from NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd stock exchange list. The decision has not been appealed to the Financial Supervision Authority and accordingly the share of GeoSentric Oyj will be listed for the last time on Monday, 28 October 2013.
After delisting the Company will publish its possible announcements relating to the coming Extraordinary General Meeting on November 7, 2013 and any other urgent shareholder communications on its web site www.geosentric.com.
