Indutrade expands in the Netherlands


Indutrade has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Kin
Pompentechniek BV in the Netherlands, with annual sales of approximately EUR 8.6
million.

Kin Pompentechniek is a technical sales company with focus on pumps from leading
suppliers. Customers are to be found in horticulture, the pool industry, waste
water handling and machine building.

Indutrade takes possession of the company today, and it will be part of the
Special Products business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally
positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
