The Supervisory Board of AS Delfi has decided to appoint Konstantin Kuzikovs as the new Management Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of AS Delfi.
Until now, Konstantins Kuzikovs served as the Marketing Director in Arcana Digital Group Ltd. Previously, Konstantin Kuzikovs has worked as the Director of advertising agency in Diena JSC publishing house (2012-2013) and as the Executive Director of Super FM Media Group Ltd (2011-2012) and Russian Radio Ltd (2009-2011).
Arnis Ozols, the current Chief Executive Officer and Management Board member of AS Delfi will be called back from the Management Board.
Konstantin Kuzikovs does not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
