Matthew Lankenau joins as a director in Los Angeles. He has 30 years of professional experience in construction, construction management, forensic analysis, management, and litigation consulting. He was previously a vice president at a Fortune 500 firm, where he served as the regional director for disputes resolution. Before that, he was a founding shareholder at PinnacleOne. Mr. Lankenau began his career as an entrepreneur and then moved to Charles Pankow Builders, where he managed the construction of large design-build commercial facilities. He has testified as an expert witness in complex public and commercial litigation cases involving delays, damages, and construction management standard of care, as well as false claims. He also has substantial experience consulting with clients on ongoing projects and managing teams of experts on complex construction programs and class-action tort matters. He has experience on airport, condominium, court, dam, highway, hospital, high- and low-rise office building, port, railway, regional shopping center, tunnel, and water distribution and treatment facilities.

Ewen Maclean joins as a principal in London. Mr. Maclean is a prominent expert in the fields of delay and disruption analysis and associated prolongation costs. He has worked for both international consultants and contractors and has gained considerable technical, project management, commercial, and legal expertise. Mr. Maclean has firsthand experience representing clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and adjudication, for both the claimant and respondent. Additionally, he has acted in commercial negotiations and settlements, resolving potential disputes and providing advice on contract procurement. In particular, he has prepared numerous expert witness reports with respect to delay and disruption and the associated additional costs; drafted standard forms of contract; and lectured on various commercial and contractual subjects within the construction industry.
