ConQor will not acquire COR&FJA's shares in plenum AG
(Leinfelden-Echterdingen, 11 November 2013) - COR&FJA AG had signed a
letter of intent with ConQor AG, based in Zug, Switzerland, on 9 October
2013 concerning the planned sale of COR&FJA's shares in plenum AG,
Frankfurt am Main (Munich Stock Exchange: m:access; ISIN DE000A0Z23Y9),
(ad-hoc announcement by COR&FJA AG dated 9 October 2013). ConQor AG has
withdrawn from the letter of intent. COR&FJA will therefore not be selling
its shares in plenum AG to ConQor AG.
