(, a leader in the development of sophisticated room scheduling, web calendaring and event management software, announced today that their software, Event Management Systems (EMS), has been successfully rolled out to the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system, comprised of 37 accredited institutions with 54 campuses in 47 communities throughout Minnesota.

The statewide rollout kicked off in May 2012 as a four phase process:

  • Pilot/Phase 1: Initiated in May 2012 with five schools
  • Phase 2: Started in November 2012 with an additional eight schools
  • Phase 3: Started in February 2013, securing 15 additional schools
  • Phase 4: Final phase of the project began in June 2013, brought on the remaining nine accredited institutions

As of October 2013, all institutions within the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system are utilizing EMS Campus™ to schedule courses and events across all campuses.
