Notification of transactions by
Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').
EnQuest PLC were informed on 26 November 2013, by Capita Share Plan Services,
that 22,068 shares previously granted to David Heslop (a PDMR of the Company) on
18 August 2011 under the EnQuest PLC Restricted Share Plan, vested on 25
November 2013. Of the 22,068 shares released, 10,393 shares were sold to pay
tax at a price of 136.9 pence per share, with the remaining 11,675 shares being
retained by David Heslop.
