Announcement according § 15 WpHG
IMW Immobilien SE, Berlin, announced the signing of a loan agreement in the
amount of EUR 136 million with a bank group. The loan is dedicated for the
refinancing of the existed loan of the Valbonne 3 portfolio (Gropiusstadt)
and the refurbishment program. The loan has a period of ten years with an
interest rate of approx. 3.6 % p.a. and other conditions in line with the
market.
The portfolio Valbonne 3 is the biggest portfolio of the IMW-Group with
4.245 residential units, 39 commercial units and more than 2.000 carports.
The total rents space accounts for more than 292.000 square meters.
The signing of the financial contract is an important step to the
successful development of IMW-Group.
