CORRECTION : NetDimensions: Directors' Share Dealing

HONG KONG--(Marketwired - Dec 3, 2013) -

The following amendment has been made to the ' Directors' Share Dealing'
announcement released on 03 December 2013.

The number of ordinary shares held by Jay Shaw was incorrect and should
read 4,807,500.

All other details remain unchanged.

The Company was today informed that on 2 December 2013 Jay Mervin Shaw
("Director"), Chief Executive Officer completed the purchase of 100
American Depository Receipts ("ADRs"), equivalent to 500 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of US$5.49 per ADR. Each ADR is
equivalent to 5 ordinary shares.

Following the Director's share dealing the Director's holding in the
share capital of the Company is as follows:
