Pierre Ayotte Nominated President and CEO of Mecachrome Canada

AMBOISE, FRANCE--(Marketwired - Dec. 4, 2013) - Mecachrome announces the nomination of M. Pierre Ayotte as President and CEO of Mecachrome Canada. This nomination is effective as of October 15, 2013.

Pierre Ayotte has been the Vice-President and General Manager of Mecachrome Canada since the end of 2009.

Pierre Ayotte is a Mechanical Engineering graduate as well as a Test Flight Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the aeronautic sector. He has great knowledge of the industry. His experience includes many realisations from both the supplier and the customer perspective. His international experience and his widespread network of contacts are also important and valued elements. Furthermore, he possesses a vast experience extending from engineering management to business and operational development. From 2002 through 2008, he was responsible for the re- launch and rapid growth of a GE facility in Mirabel, QC.

Within the scope of his new functions, Pierre shall pursue the strategic, commercial and operational development of Mecachrome Canada.
