First Choice Healthcare Solutions Announces Key New Additions to First Choice Medical Group's Clinical Team


MELBOURNE, FL--(Marketwired - Dec 5, 2013) - First Choice Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB: FCHS) ("FCHS"), a diversified holding company focused on delivering clinically superior, patient-centric, multi-specialty care through state-of-the-art medical centers of excellence, today formally welcomed the addition of five physicians to the clinical staff of First Choice Medical Group ("FCMG") in Melbourne, Florida. 

Located in Marina Towers directly on the Indian River, FCMG is the Company's flagship center of excellence which specializes in the delivery of musculoskeletal medicine and rehabilitative care with multiple quality-focused goals centered on enriching its patients' care experiences. The doctors joining FCMG are Richard J. Harrison, MD, FAAOS; David E. Dominguez, MD; Kyle Moyles, MD, MBA; Jerome Guzman, MD, FAAOS, and Roberto Saucedo, MD.

Richard J. Harrison, MD, FAAOS - Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery with additional sub-specialty board certifications in Hand Surgery and Sports Medicine, Dr. Harrison joins FCMG following a four-month deployment to Kaiserslautern, Germany as Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves Medical Corp. While on active duty and stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Dr. Harrison served as Chief of Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at Womack Army Medical Center, and was twice deployed to the Middle East with the U.S. Special Operations Command as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. 

A graduate of Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Harrison completed his internship and residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, followed by a Hand and Limb Fellowship at St. Luke's/Roosevelt Medical Center in New York City -- which also included training in Melbourne, Australia and congenital hand surgery training at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, Texas. At FCMG, Dr. Harrison's practice will focus on total shoulder replacements and replacement revisions, rotator cuff repair, fracture treatment, sports injuries and hand surgery. 

David E. Dominguez, MD - a native of Melbourne, Florida, Dr. Dominguez is an orthopaedic surgeon, Fellowship trained in Sports Medicine. He is the only physician in Brevard County (and one of only ten in the State of Florida) trained to conduct cartilage preservation and restoration procedures; and is the only orthopaedic surgeon in the County qualified to perform Autologous Cartilage Implantation procedures for the treatment of cartilage defects of the knee. A graduate of Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, where he earned his Medical Degree, Dr. Dominguez has worked as the primary team physician for Santa Clara University, the University of San Francisco, Foothill College and DeAnza College. He studied Sports Medicine under the tutelage of Dr. Michael Dillingham, team doctor for the San Francisco 49ers and Stanford University; and under Dr. Kenneth Akizuki, the current team physician for the San Francisco Giants. At FCMG, Dr. Dominguez will focus on cutting edge surgeries involving sports injuries to and disorders affecting the knee, elbow, hip and ankle.

Jerome Guzman, MD, FAAOS - With over 30 years' experience, Dr. Guzman is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison Medical School and completed his residency at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. Dr. Guzman specializes in Adult Reconstructive Surgery; Sports Medicine; fracture care; shoulder, knee and hip injuries and total joint replacements. 

Kyle Moyles, MD, MBA - Born and raised in Brevard County, Dr. Moyles was Fellowship trained in Hand Surgery at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island under the mentorship of Dr. Edward Akelman, President of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He was Valedictorian of his class at Melbourne Central Catholic High School, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida and earned his Medical Degree from the Florida State University, College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Miami. Dr. Moyles has also served on the Board of Governors of both the Florida Medical Association and the FMA Political Action Committee, where he remains committed to advocating for policies that help physicians practice medicine. His areas of specialty at FCMG include diagnosis and treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; Trigger Finger; fractures, sprains and injuries of the finger, hand and wrist; Tennis and Golfer's Elbow; Cubital Tunnel Syndrome; ganglion cysts; Dupytren's Contractures; and Arthritis and Tendonitis affecting the hand and wrist.

Roberto Saucedo, MD - Dr. Saucedo brings First Choice Medical Group over 30 years' experience in Interventional Pain Medicine, dedicated to providing superior care to those suffering from chronic pain, pelvic pain, back pain and other neural-musculoskeletal related conditions. After earning his Medical Degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico, he completed a fellowship in Pain Management at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. At FMCG, Dr. Saucedo provides diagnosis and management of chronic pain; treats and manages cancer pain, trigeminal and post herpetic neuralgias, atypical face pain, pelvic pain, joint pain, cervico-genic headaches, thoracic pain syndromes and post-surgical scar entrapment pain. In addition, Dr. Saucedo conducts treatments using selective epidurals, spinal cord stimulators, baclofen pumps and discectomies, among other cutting edge modalities.
