Senior Care Solutions Launches Website, OakwoodSeniorSolutions.org, to Showcase Resources for Seniors and Post Trauma Patients

DEARBORN, MI--(Marketwired - Dec 9, 2013) - Figuring out how to navigate resources available for senior citizens and post trauma patients can be a real challenge for family members and caregivers. Filek and her team meet one-on-one with the loved one and family members to conduct a comprehensive care assessment and develop a customized plan that provides compassionate care and helps assure each person's health and safety -- whether at home or in another living environment.
