LÉVIS, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - Dec. 9, 2013) - Graniz Mondal Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GRA .H) announces that, in agreement with the optionors, It has amended the option agreement previously announced in the Company's news release dated December 21, 2012 in respect of an option on a group of mining claims located in the Mont-Laurier area.

The Company and the optionors have agreed to provide for a one year extension of the Company's first year payments in cash.

Completion of the amendment to the option agreement is subject to receipt of approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
