Pivot Leadership Names Rich Wetzler as Chief Operating Officer

Pivot Expands Leadership Team to Grow and Scale Global Operations


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Dec 10, 2013) - Pivot Leadership (www.pivotleadership.com) today announced that Rich Wetzler has joined the firm as its Chief Operating Officer. Wetzler will be responsible for all aspects of operational excellence, working with the management team to help implement high-growth strategies, both in the US and internationally. He will report directly to David Dotlich, Pivot's Chairman and CEO.

Prior to joining Pivot Leadership, Wetzler held key leadership positions at LRN, a global consulting and leadership firm; Kroll, where he was Chief Operating Officer; and Oliver Wyman, one of the largest management consulting firms in the world, where he served as Chief Operating Officer for their organization and leadership business. Wetzler started his career in various finance roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies, including Mercer. While there, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, and later Chief Operating Officer, of Mercer Delta, focusing on organization and leadership consulting to senior leaders and boards.
