(OTCBB: PINS) (OTCQB: PINS) and its wholly owned subsidiary Alkame Water Inc. are pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an exclusive co-branding & cross-marketing endorsement agreement (the "Agreement") with Relentless Sports Management ("RSM"), an award winning Florida-based mixed martial arts (MMA) athlete management agency.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company and RSM have formed a cross-marketing and promotion partnership for the mutual benefit of exposing Alkame Water and RSM athletes to a wider audience. Potential cross-marketing opportunities currently being considered include RSM athlete participation in Alkame's current and future national sports radio advertising campaigns, Team Alkame special event appearances, website links, social media participation, and other synergistic brand building possibilities.
