Orange County Plastic Surgeon Conducts Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship

LAGUNA BEACH, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 12, 2013) - "The demand for understanding the nuances of a challenging case and applying surgical, anatomic, functional, and aesthetic principles to treat a patient with a unique problem or defect is what draws me to plastic surgery," says cosmetic plastic surgeon Alex Ereso, MD. In an effort to expand upon his surgical cognition and methodology, Dr. Ereso is currently completing an Aesthetic Fellowship under the tutelage of Orange County plastic surgeon Daniel Mills, MD.

According to a recent blog post entitled Spotlighting Dr. Alex Ereso's Fellowship With Dr. Mills, Dr. Ereso sought Dr. Mills' expertise for his "long history of training successful aesthetic plastic surgeons." When asked what he has found most enjoyable about his Fellowship thus far, Dr. Ereso replied:

"I truly feel blessed to be here. Dr. Mills has treated me like a member of his family. He has high expectations; however, he creates an environment where I desire to exceed his goals and expectations. There are many reasons why I am so pleased about being here, but I believe the relationship Dr. Mills and I have has been instrumental in facilitating the accomplishment of our expectations for my Fellowship."

At the Aesthetic Plastic Surgical Institute, Dr. Mills' private practice, patients are offered a comprehensive variety of cosmetic treatments and procedures spanning from breast augmentation and liposuction, to facelift surgery and laser skin rejuvenation. In addition to gaining experience with these popular aesthetic procedures, as well as "the use of injectable fillers and nonsurgical devices," Dr. Ereso also expresses his interest for pursuing innovative plastic surgical frontiers during his Fellowship:

At the end of the six-month Fellowship, Dr. Ereso says he ultimately hopes to use the knowledge and experience gained from his time with Dr. Mills to be able to establish a successful private plastic surgery practice of his own.

About Daniel Mills, MD, FACS

A graduate of Walla Walla College, Dr. Mills earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University, School of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Additionally, he is an active member of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the latter of which he serves as Treasurer. Dr. Ereso graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and went on to earn his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN.
