Sponda signs credit agreement extensions totaling EUR 250 million
 

Sponda Plc has signed a loan agreement for 4 years for EUR 150 million with Nordea Bank Finland Plc. The arrangement extends the loan original maturity from 2014 to December 2017. The loan is unsecured.

Sponda Plc has signed a credit limit facility agreement for 5 years for EUR 100 million with Danske Bank A/S, Helsinki Branch. The arrangement extends the credit limit original maturity from June 2014 to December 2018. The credit limit is unsecured.
 

The margins on the arrangements correspond with current market levels. The most important covenants (the equity ratio and the interest coverage ratio) of the arrangements are in line with the company's other financial agreements.
