New Cash Equity member on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen

Banque Internationale à Luxembourg S.A. based in Luxembourg has been admitted as a cash equity member of NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen from December 18, 2013. From this date, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg S.A. is admitted to trading in INET in CCP cleared shares at EMCF, as well as bilaterally cleared instruments settled at the Danish CSD (VP Securities).


Banque Internationale à Luxembourg S.A. takes over the legal membership of BIL Bank Danmark A/S. BIL Bank Danmark A/S will from the 18st of December be transformed to a branch office, under Banque Internationale à Luxembourg S.A. BIL Bank Danmark A/S’ membership of NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen will simultaneously be terminated.
 
Banque Internationale à Luxembourg S.A. will be trading under the Participant ID BIL.
