Purchase of own securities and total voting rights

Octopus Second AIM VCT plc announces that on 20 December 2013 the Company purchased for cancellation 320,378 Ordinary shares at a price of 80.5p per share.
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 46,743,287 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
