Major shareholder announcement in accordance with section 29 the Danish Securities Trading Act
In accordance with section 29 the Danish Securities Trading Act, Nordic Shipholding A/S hereby announces, that Clipper Group A/S has informed Nordic Shipholding A/S, that Clipper Group A/S, as a consequence of the directed issue of shares which Nordic Shipholding A/S announced completed on the 19 December 2013, now possess under 5.00 % of the share capital and voting rights in the company.
