LightLab launches app for digital control of its lighting technology

At WFES 2014 in Abu Dhabi, LightLab will launch a new app that enables smart
digital control of its lighting technology.

“This is another major step in commercializing our technology,” said LightLab
CEO Jan-Erik Lennefalk. “By launching this app – which initially will let people
adjust dimming, set timers and switch their lights on and off – we are
demonstrating the huge potential of EEE LightTM technology.”

The solution was developed in collaboration with LightLab’s Swedish partner
Norrtelje Elektronikpartner (NEP). They contributed a Bluetooth based wireless
solution that gives users the ability to control their lighting from a
smartphone or tablet.

The first version of the app will be available on the iPhone and iPad with
expansion to other platforms soon to follow.
