Foster, a former sales executive, has 12 years of legal experience and specializes in business and real estate transactions, finance and high technology law. Most recently he acted as general counsel for The Hudson Companies, LLC, where he advised senior management on legal implications of business activities, protection and enforcement of legal rights, and risk assessment of mitigation.
Foster has also served as general counsel for Appregatta Technologies, a start-up company, and corporate clients in the areas of business entity formation and maintenance, commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation, and real estate project acquisition, disposition, finance and leasing.
