Staffing 360 Solutions Appoints Retired Navy SEAL as Director of Government Services of Its Cyber 360 Solutions Division

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jan 30, 2014) - Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB: STAF), a public company engaged in the provision of international staffing services in IT, financial, accounting, healthcare, and cybersecurity industries, today announced that Paul Venezia, a retired Navy SEAL with 30 years of military experience, has been appointed Director of Government Services of the company's Cyber 360 Solutions division.

Mr. Venezia will focus on establishing relationships with federal and state government agencies, as well as select prime contractors, in order to provide them with top tier cybersecurity talent. His duties will primarily relate to projects and contracts on the government level, as well as cybersecurity staffing assignments on an individual basis for Cyber 360 Solutions.

Prior to Cyber 360 Solutions, Mr. Venezia served on numerous SEAL Teams including SEAL Team 6, beginning in 1982 until retiring in 2013 at the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4. During his 30 year military career, Mr. Venezia specialized in leading Navy SEALs, tactical training and managing extremely stressful situations in constantly changing environments, including hundreds of live-fire, demolition, diving and military free-fall operations.

Mr. Venezia's Navy career included combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. He served as the tactical advisor to U.S. and Iraqi special operations units for combat operations in Iraq. His efforts led to the capture of multiple high valued terrorist within southern Iraq, stabilizing the region from improvised and human explosive devices. His training includes: special operations tactics, counter terrorism, maritime operations, underwater demolition, high speed boat and tactical mobility. Mr. Venezia grew up in Southern California, and currently lives in Chesapeake, VA.
