Dr. Cravens has served as Vice President and General Manager at Oil-Dri Corporation of America since 2007. Prior to Oil-Dri, Dr. Cravens was President and CEO of Novartis Animal Vaccines, Inc. in Overland Park, Kansas. He held senior level marketing positions with Pfizer Animal Health and product development positions with Smithkline Beecham Animal Health in New York and Pennsylvania. Dr. Cravens has degrees in Veterinary Medicine, Environmental Health and Animal Science from Colorado State University.
