Peter Rejler will be appointed new CEO at the AGM

Eva Nygren is stepping down from her position as President and CEO of Rejlers at
the Annual General Meeting on April 29. She will be replaced by Peter Rejler.
Ivar Verner will be appointed Chairman of the Board.
- Eva was employed at Rejlers with the mission to build a Nordic structure and
platform that will take Rejlers to the next level, which she did in a good way.
I now have a strong desire to return and in an operational role contribute to
drive the company forward, says Peter Rejler.
