GreenStar Agricultural Retains Questrade as Market Maker

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 18, 2014) - GreenStar Agricultural Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GRE) ("GreenStar" or the "Corporation"), a producer of canned tomato paste, canned peaches, mandarin oranges and grapes, and a supplier of fresh mandarin oranges, young bamboo shoots and mature bamboo, announced today that it has retained Questrade Inc. ("Questrade") to provide market-making services in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange guidelines. The term of the agreement is twelve months, beginning February 19, 2014, at a cost of $5,170 per month. The appointment of Questrade is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Though GreenStar and Questrade are unrelated and unaffiliated entities and Questrade will not receive shares or options as compensation, Questrade and its clients have or may have a direct interest in the securities of the Corporation.
