We hereby announce that Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the company's ownership:
Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company (Business ID: 0107638-1) has on 18 February, 2014 informed Digia that the amount of Digia Plc's shares and votes under its control exceeds 10% of Digia Plc's shares and votes. Altogether Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company controls 2,098,535 shares of Digia, corresponding to 10,05% of Digia's all shares and votes.
The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,087,564.50 and 20,875,645 shares.
