Dundee Corporation Announces Resignation of Jonathan Goodman

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 19, 2014) - Dundee Corporation (TSX:DC.A) (the "Corporation") announces that Jonathan Goodman has resigned as Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation in order to focus on his duties as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation's wholly owned subsidiary, Dundee Capital Markets Inc. He remains a director of the Corporation and a member of the Corporation's Executive Committee.
