Sven Lindskog new CFO of ICA Gruppen

Sven Lindskog has been appointed as the new CFO and at the same time Anders
Svensson, CEO of ICA Sweden, has been appointed as Deputy CEO of ICA Gruppen.
Sven Lindskog will take up his new position in September 2014 at the latest.
Per Strömberg, CEO of ICA Gruppen, comments: “We were looking for someone with
experience of both the retail sector and working in a listed company. Sven has
experience from both these areas and he has a personality which makes him a
perfect fit at ICA.”

Sven Lindskog is 50 and was most recently at Höganäs AB as CFO. Previously Sven
has been CFO of Sardus AB and has worked in several different roles within
Unilever in Sweden and abroad, including Finance Director of Unilever Nordic.
Sven has a B.Sc. (Econ.) from Lund University.

“ICA is an extremely exciting and entrepreneurial company which I have followed
closely for much of my career. After six highly interesting years in the
international steel industry, I am now very much looking forward to returning to
retail and I am really happy to have this opportunity to work with one of the
strongest brands in the market,” says Sven Lindskog.
