   NetDimensions successfully completes its Communication on Progress
               under the United Nations Global Compact

announce that it has successfully completed the Company's 2013
Communication on Progress under the United Nations Global Compact.

The UN Global Compact is a strategic policy initiative for businesses
that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies withten
universally accepted principlesin the areas ofhuman rights, labour,
environmentandanti-corruption ("Ten Principles"). By doing so,
business, as a primary driver of globalisation, can contribute to
markets, commerce, technology and finance advancing in ways that

partner with governments, civil society, labour and the United Nations.

This ever-increasing understanding is reflected in the Global Compact's
