Board Change

African Consolidated Resources PLC ("AFCR" or the "Company"), the AIM listed resources and development company, announces that Craig Hutton's contract as Chief Executive Officer and as an executive of the Company has today been terminated.

Roy Tucker, Executive Chairman, said "The Board wishes Craig well in his future endeavours. The Board is in discussions with a view to appointing a new Chief Executive Officer and further announcement will be made shortly."
