Estate Investment Company AB (publ)'s aktier från NASDAQ OMX First North
The NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Disciplinary Committee resolves on the delisting of
Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB (publ)'s shares from NASDAQ OMX First
North

Den  6 mars 2014 har Disciplinnämnden  vid NASDAQ OMX  Stockholm beslutat om att
Russian  Real  Estate  Investment  Company  AB  (publ)'s  ("Bolaget") aktier ska
avnoteras från handel på NASDAQ OMX First North. Avnoteringen träder i kraft två
(2) månader efter dagen för beslutet.
On  6 March 2014, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Discplinary Committee has resolved on
the  delisting  of  Russian  Real  Estate  Investment  Company  AB (publ)'s (the
"Company")  shares  from  trading  on  NASDAQ  OMX  First North. The Discplinary
Committee's  resolution is effective on the day falling two (2) months after the
day of the Discplinary Committee's resolution.

Styrelsen kommer att utvärdera möjligheten att notera Bolagets aktier för handel
vid en annan handelsplats.
The  Board  of  Directors  will  evaluate  the possibility to have the Company's
shares listed at another marketplace.
