GreenAngel Energy Hosts First Ever PowerHaus Pavilion and Power Pitch Presentations at GLOBE 2014


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - March 12, 2014) - For the first time in its history, the GLOBE Series, returning to Vancouver March 26-28, 2014, will feature a series of special activities hosted by GreenAngel Energy (TSX VENTURE:GAE) to promote the development and commercialization of innovative green technologies.

Sponsored by Deloittes along with the National Research Council-IRAP, the Vancouver Economic Commission, Foresight Cleantech Accelerator, GLOBE Series, the BC Innovation Council, BC Bio Energy Network, Simon Fraser University, NSERC, TMX and other partners, GreenAngel Energy is helping innovative Canadian companies gain access to investors and to explore areas of common interest and collaboration with potential business partners.

The GLOBE PowerHaus Pavilion will host more than 30 emerging and growing BC companies seeking financing and customers for clean technology solutions that could change the world. For the three days of GLOBE 2014, the Powerhaus Pavilion will feature opportunities for technology innovators and early stage companies to make "Power Pitches" to investors from around the world including angel investors, venture capital companies and corporate investors.

With a networking "Power Hour" at the end of each day and opportunities for one-on-one business matching meetings organized by Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada with members of incoming business delegations from around the world, and facilitators from the British Columbia Ministry of International Trade on hand, the Powerhaus Pavilion will be the 'go-to' BC Greentech booth at Globe.
