Caverion’s first Annual General Meeting to be held today
 

Caverion Corporation is holding its first Annual General Meeting today, March 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m EET at the Finlandia Hall in Helsinki, Finland. The Chairman of the Board of Directors Henrik Ehrnrooth will open the meeting, and the current President and CEO Juhani Pitkäkoski will present his review of Caverion’s financial performance in 2013, the company’s business operations and the strategic goals.

Fredrik Strand, Caverion’s new President and CEO as of April 1, 2014, will also introduce himself at the meeting.
