Further to the announcement on 7 March 2014, AFCR, the AIM listed resources and development company, announces that Craig Hutton has resigned from the Board of the Company, effective 18 March 2014, and has also agreed to continue assisting AFCR in its future business.
The Board wishes to thank Craig for the significant contribution made as Chief Executive Officer and looks forward to a continued relationship.
