UN Women National Committee Canada to Celebrate International Women's Day at Lioness Gala

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 26, 2014) - Almas Jiwani, President of UN Women National Committee Canada, will deliver the keynote address at the Lioness Glam Gala 2014, as the Lionesses champion the cause for UN Women's programmes with a fundraiser. The event takes place March 27, at The Grand Luxe Event Boutique, Toronto.

International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8 each year and the theme for 2014 is, "Equality for Women is Progress for All."
