Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc announces that on 28 March 2014, 3,120,572 Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 544 subscribers at a price of 97p per share pursuant to the Combined New Share Offer that opened on 3 September 2013.
The following director was allotted shares and his total holdings are detailed below:
Matt Cooper 57,888 Ordinary Shares (0.198% of the issued share capital)
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 4 April 2014.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 29,243,229 Ordinary Shares.
