                        Major shareholder's announcement

In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act
(værdipapirhandelsloven), it is hereby announced that OW Bunker A/S (the
"Company") has been informed that on 27 March 2014 OW Lux S.àr.l. 7, rue Lou
Hemmer, L-1748 Luxembourg-Findel, R.C.S. Luxembourg: B 181 498 (the
"Shareholder") has subscribed to 31,710 shares each with a nominal value of DKK
1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 31,710) in connection with exercise of warrants
held in the Company.

Further, the Shareholder has informed that it has sold 17,902,692 shares each
with a nominal value of DKK 1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 17,902,692) in the
Company in connection with the initial public offering and admission to trading
on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S of shares in the Company.

The Shareholder now directly holds 15,753,483 shares each with a nominal value
of DKK 1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 15,753,483) in the Company, corresponding
to 42.8 % of the total share capital and 42.8 % of the total voting rights.

OW Lux S.àr.l. is wholly owned by Altor Fund II GP Limited, a company duly
incorporated and organised under the laws of Jersey, having its principal office
at 11-15 Seaton Place, St Helier, Jersey JE4 0QH Channel Islands, in its
capacity as general partner of Altor Fund II (No. 1) Limited Partnership, Altor
Fund II (No. 2) Limited Partnership, Altor Fund II (No. 3) Limited Partnership
and as investment manager to Altor Fund II (No. 4) Limited.
